EMPOWERING OUR STUDENTS
UNIFORMS AS AN EQUALIZER

At COLOURS, we see uniforms as a great equalizer that fosters a sense of equality and empowerment among students. Uniforms help level the playing field for children as they enter campus, minimizing socio-economic differences and advancing them from the same starting point.
Our design philosophy is to create exceptional uniforms for every student, believing that by building for the margins, we enhance the school experience for all.
It starts with a polo that feels like a second skin. A pair of pants that fits a growing, moving body. An iconically pleated skirt that seamlessly moves with a student from childhood to adulthood. And a sweater that offers cozy comfort for the pits and peaks of the day. Every student, regardless of background or body type deserves a uniform that instills pride in their community and confidence within themselves.
Our goal is to make thoughtfully crafted uniforms accessible to all children in public and private schools, cities, and suburbs. We strive to dress every student in COLOURS Uniforms, allowing them to wear something they truly love during the most formative years of their lives.
our mission
At COLOURS, our mission is to reimagine school uniforms with modern designs, superior comfort, and impeccable style. We believe that when students feel good in what they wear, they are more confident and ready to tackle their day with enthusiasm.

OUR FOUNDER'S STORY
Leylie Aghili, founder of COLOURS Uniforms, grew up frustrated by the scratchy and unflattering school uniforms she wore. This frustration sparked a 20-year career in fashion, where she dedicated herself to designing clothing that empowers and comforts women. Everything came full circle when an administrator at her alma mater casually mentioned, “I wish our uniforms looked and felt like the clothes you make… nothing like that exists in uniforms.” Realizing that the uniform industry hadn’t changed in 50 years, Leylie launched COLOURS, with a mission to reinvent school uniforms that align and celebrate the lifestyle and values of today’s students.
